A medallion can be as simple as an accent on a backsplash or as expansive as the entire floor surface of a room. Installed in floors, walls, ceilings, tub decks, showers, fireplaces,  kitchen islands  ---------- anywhere, medallions offer a unique artistic statement. They may also be mounted and hung on a surface as “movable” art.   

We assist our customers in  designing a medallion to reflect their unique style or interests while remaining true to their homes’ design and personality. Dragonfly Tile & Stone Works will advise in  material selection,  complementing other materials used in the home. Our process of incorporating the blend of various materials is unique and further distinguishes these pieces from other “manufactured” medallions.   Medallions may integrate stone, tile, glass or metal. A jeweled family heirloom may be enjoyed most when set into medallion art. While high-tech methods have recently been introduced to cut tile and stone, our craftsmen hand cut each piece, for an authentic and lasting result. While most “manufactured” medallions are constructed to be set into a specific  geometric space, our custom pieces have no confinement. They can be designed, crafted, and installed to flow into surrounding surfaces. Our medallion art has no limits and will never be reproduced.
